Delivery Time:

3-5 Business Days, excluding weekends & holidays (Regular Orders)

2-3 Weeks, excluding weekends & holidays (Special Orders i.e., Full gift baskets, personalized with embroidery)

Standard Shipping and Handling is Free of Charge.  This means you pay nothing for your order to get to you at our normal processing and export time frame of 3-5 business days.  Please note on some items normal processing and export time frame may be 2-3 weeks.  This information would be noted in the description of the item you are purchasing.     

All orders are shipped with a Delivery Confirmation and Tracking Number. We ship First Class or Priority Mail - United States Postal Service. Most orders are shipped Priority Mail (USPS).   We reserve the right to select the most economical and convenient way to ship orders because we are picking up the cost.

Do You Need Your Order Sooner?

If you'll need your order within 3 days or sooner DO NOT place your order online. Please call us to discuss the possibility of getting your order sooner. 

Express Orders arrive within 5-7 days from your order date and an Express Fee IS APPLIED to your order.

Express Fees start at $14.95 & Up depending on the quantity of items, weight and destination of your order.

Rush orders arrive within 2-3 days from the day you order and pay your balance in full. 

Rush orders skip the line and are worked on ahead of other clients orders. For this placement, there is a fee applied to your order's total.

Rush order fees start at $20 & up..

Rush fees are determined based on the number of items you are ordering, the date you'll expect your order to arrive, the weight and destination of your order.

Rush orders cannot be placed online.  They must be placed by telephone.

Live in the area, but can't make it to the shop to pick up your order? 

Meet us at a nearby facility to pick up your order. Delivery charges are applied to your order (delivery charges are $10.00).  For safety purposes, we do not usually carry more than $25 in cash in the studio or on-hand when delivering orders. Therefore, we are unable to make change in almost all cases.

 

Pick Up arrangements must be made prior to completion of your order and PAID prior to delivery.  Days for arrangements change frequently and accordingly but not if you have an appointed time and date.
